This is our first venture into the world of e-commerce and we were
looking for a hosting company that provided easy to use tools, a good
shopping cart script, ample disk space and prompt technical support.
We signed up with Simple Solutions on a Saturday afternoon and by that same evening
they had given us our IP and configured our server. That's quick!

When I opened FloralSeasons.com, I had no one to guide me in establishing my presence on the web. I found a hosting company

We had done an exhaustive search for a web host who provided good services for a fair price and above all provided
excellent customer service. We have changed our web hosting service provider a few times after having found out that
they did not live up to their advertising and provided poor customer service. Then we tried Simple Solutions.

Having been with Simple Solutions since the end of November, working to set up my web design business here in Israel, I have nothing but kudos to give to Simple Solutions and their
wonderful support staff. Being half way around the world from my server made me a bit nervous, wondering if the time difference from here to there (8 hours) would put a crimp in my receiving Technical Support.
Since I am usually awake when they are asleep and vice versa, I really wondered at their ability to have a 15 minute response time to any questions I might have. I shouldn't have worried about that. I typically receive a response from the same two folks in 15-30 minutes of me sending my message to the support area. I don't think these two ever sleep!
I have even received responses from them at the same time I receive the tracker information!
I have found the technical support folks to be patient and informative, sometimes answering multiple questions on the same issue (as I think of more detailed questions), in a very short time.
Always patient, polite, and willing to help. Technical Support is very important to me, having been in a service profession for most of my adult life. Tech Support says so much about a company. I would recommend this (my)
server to anyone looking for a home for their website!

I've been working with some hosting companies since 1998 (at least 5). I had problems with all of them: servers down, bad customer support, very slow customer support ...
When I finally found simple solutions I forgot everything. I just uploaded my site and it its running since then without problems. When I went looking for an e-commerce site I was shocked to see the prices that most places wanted to host my site.
I was for sure that my website was not going to be a reality. I had been looking for over a course of 2-3 weeks at different plans on the Internet.
I happened to go to a site where Simple Solutions was advertising and saw the prices that they were displaying to host a site and I could not believe
it!!! I was convinced that there was a catch somewhere. I compared the features that they offered and I was shocked on how much I got with so little money.
They offered everything I was looking for in 1 package, hosting, shopping cart software, disk space storage and most important to me was support.
After looking at a few other sites I came back to Simple Solutions and signed up for a 1 year host and they even made it cheaper by signing up for a year!
When I got my site up and running I had some questions about the shopping cart software. Every time I had a question about it I had a response and a
solution to my questions via email less than 30 minutes later!!!! They even pointed out some bad html code that I did not see that was causing a problem.

I had done ALOT of research for a web host. I read, scrutinized, compared till I was blue in the face. When I got here I saw the prices & said 'wow' cool!
But the clincher was Curtis in sales, so very helpful & patient with the bazillion questions I asked, even volunteering information that he really didn't have to.
I felt his care had to be indicative of the level of service offered & after reading the raving testimonials, especially the ones about tech support, I said, 'ok,
I'll bite' & signed up. Let me tell you, these 4 months have been harrowing setting up my business because I was integrating them with a new processor, but the guys
in tech support ABSOLUTELY ROCK! Can we say they will hold your hand? I am totally new to the world of e-commerce but any question or issue (and there were MANY!)
